A lively place for the birds to cool their heels.
Seahorses come in an amazing array of colors and shapes. The spiffy yellow outline with branches was a nod to some of their more bizarre headgear. But the overall gentility of these tiny creatures is what I was after in the facial expression and overall feel of this piece.
